There is a mid-week minimum booking requirement of five (5) nights for Low Season and 4/5 nights mid-season, with the exception of December, January and February, when there is a minimum seven (7) night booking requirement.
Late checkouts only by prior arrangement – if not $30 per hour will be charged.
Bookings are to be confirmed within 5 working days with a 50% deposit otherwise booking will be cancelled.
Cancellations are refunded if cancelled more than one month in advance, Less $50 administration fee and provided that the booking is re-let. |
